If you item arrives damaged or faulty of not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. However you must provide proof of purchase and the item(s) must not be tampered with due to hygiene reasons.

- For all UK orders please allow 1-3 working days for arrival
- For all international orders please allow 7-10 working days.
